Lamisil Cream (terbinafine)
This medicine contains ingredients which kills fungi and yeasts. It interferes with the cell membrane and stops the fungi from producing a substance called ergosterol. It leads to the death of the fungi.
Composition
The active Ingredients of this medicine is terbinafine hydrochloride. The inactive ingredients are sorbitan monostearate, benzyl alcohol, cetyl palmitate, isopropyl myristate, cetyl alcohol, polysorbate, sodium hydroxide, purified water, and stearyl alcohol.
Uses
The medicine is used to treat various fungal infections. It is used to treat athlete’s foot, ringworm, and jock itch. It is also used to treat certain skin condition known as pityriasis.
Dosage
The recommended dosage for Lamisil Cream (terbinafine) is as follows:
For topical use:

Contraindications
